Monthly Conference Room Information:

  • There are no longer any peak or off-peak hours.
  • Full time shiners receive 8 hours per company + 2 hours per desk (so the first desk receives 10 hours free).
  • Virtual shiners receive 1 hour free per month.
  • Coworking shiners receive 1 hour free per month.
  • Overage is billed at $50/hour.

Booking the Conference Room

  1. Click Conference Rooms under the heading Resources
  2. Select the location using the drop down menu
  3. Select the time and date you want to make the reservation for (The conference room can booked anywhere from one month to 2 minutes in advance.)
  4. Your Reservation is blocked off in orange, all other reservations are blocked off in red

  • When booking the conference room be sure both dates are the same,
  • The conference room counter is set to military time
  • You can search available features and number of seats in a room by scrolling over it.
  • If you do not cancel your reservation it will be deducted from your allotted hours whether you use the conference room or not.
  • Please be courteous leave the room the way you found it
  • If you attempt to make a reservation when you have exceeded allotted conference room hours the system will notify you and you will be asked to confirm acceptance of any associated fees.

To Cancel a Reservation

To delete your reservation simply click the reservation's bar, your reservation is in orange:

The website will direct you to another page with your reservation information, click "delete reservation" in order to cancel your reservation.
