NoHo Fax Numbers

Using the Fax Machine

• For additional information on the fax machine at NoHo, please click here.
• To Use:
  1. Place the document face down
  2. Dial the number (1 + Area Code + Number)
  3. Press Start
  4. Wait for confirmation

Fax Didn't Go Through

• There are a few reasons that the machine will not send or receive faxes. Below are some of the following:
  1. Check the number you are dialing and make sure to dial a 1, then the area code.
  2. For international numbers, make sure to put a 01 before you dial the number.
  3. There is no dial tone and the wires need to be checked.
     • In this particular scenario, we will clear the lines, which could take a matter of hours.

Error Messages

• If you see an error message on the fax machine and are unable to use it, there is an alternate machine on the same floor.
• Please submit a work order with the subject line:
  • "Fax Error Message"
• Our team will take care of the issue ASAP.
• Possible Error Messages include:
  • "Clean the Corona Wire"
  • "Toner Low"
  • "Paper Jam"

Fax Machine Differences?

• The operation of these machines is done in the same manner as the other machines.
• However, if you receive an error on this machine, please submit a work order ASAP, because our team will need to contact Canon's technicians.
