Call Directory
- Is your company name missing from the call directory on your floor?
- Please submit a work order with the subject line:
- "Call Directory"
- Please include the number you need added to the directory.
Fax Machines

Temperature
- Is it too hot?
- We can change the floor temperature to a cooler setting.
- Is it too cold?
- If it is too cold, we will check with the building manager to ensure that the boiler is up and running properly.
- If there are any heating malfunctions at our NoHo location, we will send out a mass email to ensure that our community is aware of the heating issues.
The Elevator
- If the elevator has malfunctioned and not operating correctly we will get the building manager to repair it immediately.
Dogs
- Can we bring dogs to the space?
- Yes, as long as they're looked after and kept under control, dogs are allowed in the office space.
- What if a neighbor's dog is loud, or has made a mess?
- Just send us in a work order and we'll take care of the situation.
- NOTE: If there is a instance where you find the situation repeatedly offensive, please send us a work order, or contact us directly.
Kitchen / Beverage Machines
- Did the coffee/water machine malfunction and not disperse your beverage?
- Please send us a work order with the floor, machine, and amount you lost, and we will contact our beverage representative for a refund and proper maintenance of the malfunctioning machine.
Bathrooms
- If you've noticed that the bathroom(s) need to be serviced, please submit a work order with the subject line:
- "Bathroom Service Needed"
- NOTE: Please put the floor, and which stall/bathroom it is, so that our superintendent can immediately fix the problem.
- We will try to always make sure that the bathrooms are kept up to date on a daily basis.
Plants
- Have you noticed a tipped over plant, or that the plants look unhealthy?
- Please submit a work order explaining the issue, and we will take a look at it ASAP.
Unpleasant Odors
- If there are unpleasant odors in the office area please submit a work order, and either our superintendent or office manager will take care of the problem ASAP.
- Please be as descriptive as possible as to the whereabouts of the odor.
Noise Complaints
- If you are experiencing a loud, obnoxious, or noisy person within earshot, please send us a work order. We will speak with whomever is causing this disturbance.
- NOTE: Please explain to the best of your ability who and where the person is sitting.
- Are you waiting to receive mail?
- The mail drop comes around 2pm daily, and is distributed by 5pm at the latest.

Missing Mail
- Have you been waiting for mail, and have not yet received it?
- Please submit a work order, and we will check to see if it is at reception, or was by chance delivered elsewhere.
Packages
- Where do packages go?
- Our superintendent will deliver packages into your workstation, or you can pick them up at reception.

- Please submit a work order with the subject line:
- "Missing Package"
- And make sure to supply us with any and all information.

Insurance Inquiries
- If you have any questions on insurance or would like to know of a provider, please see our insurance section.
Vermin
- Did you see a roach, mouse, or some other kind of vermin?
- If so, please submit a work order with a description of where you saw it.
- NOTE: Cleaning up after yourself and not leaving food in or around your desk, greatly reduces the chances of vermin.
