Call Forwarding

To enable the call forwarding:

  • Press [cfwd]. This will turn the speakerphone on.
  • Dial the number you want the calls to go to. You will hear a series of confirmation tones.
  • To confirm, press the lit up speakerphone button.

Changing the Time

To change the time on the phone:

  • Press the Menu button (below the voicemail button), and press 7 for “time/date”.
  • Scroll down to “Offset." Using * for increase, and # for decrease, enter the number of hours or minutes adjustment needed. For example, if the phone time reads 2:15 and it is only 1:15, press "#1" to set the time back 1 hour.
  • Press save, and cancel back to the main screen.

Block Caller ID

To enable or disable Caller ID info from sending:

  • Press Menu (below the voicemail button), then 5 for “Preferences."
  • The top line should read “Block Caller ID." Press “edit” then “y/n", press “ok", and finally “save”.
  • You can then cancel back to the main screen.

For any connectivity issues, try rebooting your phone (unplugging, plugging back in). If you are still experiencing difficulties with the connection, please submit a work order.
