All incoming and outgoing domestic and international faxing is a free unlimited courtesy of Sunshine. To use the fax machine place your document face down on the tray, use the keypad to dial the fax number of your document’s destination and press the green button to send your fax. In a few moments the machine will print a transmission report letting you know your fax arrived at its destination.
Faxes that arrive to Sunshine are picked up by Community Office Managers and delivered to your desk or mailbox. Please be sure that all faxes that arrive for you are accompanied by a cover letter with your name and company name on them. All faxes that arrive without a cover letter will be recycled.
