ID cards are property of Sunshine Realty Management, and are not transferable.

For new employees:

1. Put in a work order with category: Security
2. Have the new employee go to Reception, complete a Contact Information Form, and get their photo taken
3. When the ID is ready the receptionist will close out your work order and add a note to let you know you can pick it up
4. Return temporary ID card if you were issued one in the interim

For lost ID cards:

1. Put in a work order with category: Security
2. When the ID is ready the receptionist will close out your work order and add a note to let you know you can pick it up
3. Return temporary ID card if you were issued one in the interim

When you or someone in your company leaves Sunshine please return your ID card as well as any other keys in your possession.
