General Rules
- Smoking in front of the building is prohibited, please only smoke in designated areas.
- Address all issues, concerns, or requests through the work order system on the Sunshine website.
- No object can be stored higher then the top or outside of your workstation/suite.
- Your photograph on your account must actually be of you, and be clearly identifiable as you.
- The email address on your account must be valid and active.
- Accepting Email from Sunshine is required. Marking Sunshine email notifications as spam will result in an immediate de-activation of your account and access to the workspace.
- No children under the age of 10 permitted on the Sunshine premises.
- No personal trash receptacles allowed in office suites.
- No food of any kind allowed in workstations/suites overnight.
Conference Rooms
- The conference room is a shared resource for the whole community, please be courteous in your usage of the rooms.
- Leave the conference room as you found it, or better. Any items damaged in the conference room will be deducted from your security deposit.
- Do not take chairs from other conference rooms, go to reception and ask for additional chairs, when you've finished return the same chairs to the reception area.
- Please push in chairs and clear dry erase boards before leaving.
- Conference rooms are not offices, do not use the conference room if you have not booked it.
- Do not book a 6 person conference room if you are having a 2 or 3 person meeting ( unless all other rooms are booked at the location).
- Shiners must surrender the conference room, or any other common area if and when the needs and welfare of the Sunshine Suites Community requires the use of said common areas for some other purpose. Licensor shall have the final decision with regards to the determination of when such an event has occurred.
Phone Usage and Multimedia
- Speakerphones are permitted in the conference room and phone booths only.
- Using a speakerphone at one’s desk is forbidden.
- Please use headphones for any music, or multimedia while at your desk.
- Please be courteous to your neighbors and do not speak extremely loudly, yell, or curse while using your phone.
The Kitchen
- Please be courteous when using the kitchen in the Sunshine Community Office Space.
- Clean up after yourself. Do not leave anything on the counters.
- Write your name on all foodstuffs left in the refrigerator to avoid confusion.
- All perishable food items will be discarded at the end of the day Friday.
- Stealing food from the Community Kitchen is obviously a serious violation. Do not do it.
