Because Sunshine is a month-to-month solution for small businesses it’s easy to change the amount of spaces you need with no more than one month’s notice.

Use the Upsize/Downsize/Termination feature on the Sunshine Website.

Do no submit a work order, any move request entered in a work order will be closed without response.

Upsize

To put in a request for more space:

1. Click the “Upsize/Downsize/Termination” tab on the main menu
2. Select the “Request More Space” option
3. Select the amount of additional spaces you are requesting and the date you’d like to move in by.
4. You must give at least 2 weeks notice as of the first or the fifteenth of the month in order to Upsize, and you must have a zero account balance

Downsize

To put in a request for less space:

1. Select the link “Request Less Space.”
2. Specify how many spaces you will now need, and by what date.
3. You must give one month’s notice as of the 14th or the final day of the month in order to Downsize.
4. You may also use the Downsize request to move from a larger more expensive space into a smaller more affordable one.

Termination

If the time ever comes when you must leave Sunshine you must first put in an official Termination Notice, one month in advance as of the 14th or the final day of the month.

1. Click the link Terminate Your Agreement with Sunshine under the “Upsize/Downsize/Termination” tab.
2. Select your move out date, this is the date you will be billed through for the space, you may move out anytime before this date if you wish.
3. You may not use your security deposit as your final month's license fee.
4. Your security deposit will be returned within 45 days of the date of your move out/termination notice.

Virtual

If your decision to terminate your agreement is only temporary and you’d like to retain your current business address you have the option to become a Virtual Shiner for as long as you wish for a fee of $99 per month.

Privileges of Virtuals:

• Mail delivery and receptionist to sign for packages
• Free mail forwarding
• Access to conference rooms 3 hours per month during regular business hours in any of Sunshine's multiple locations.
• Access to Solar Power Affiliation Program
• Access to the backend of the Sunshine website and their company profile remains active in the Sunshine directory, allowing them to continue networking with other Shiners.

To become a Virtual you must first Terminate Your Agreement with Sunshine and then click the link to sign up as a Virtual Shiner on the following page. This will notify your Community Office Manager of your desire to remain as Virtual and he/she will provide you with the necessary paperwork and provide you with more information.
